Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies
The International Mobile Marketing Business Network does not sell tangible goods, so we do not have a return policy. Quite simply, there is nothing to return.
Membership fees are non-refundable. International Mobile Marketing Business Network memberships are for a 12 month period, starting on the day the fee is paid and will automatically renew on the anniversary date you joined.
Why IMMBN Membership is Non-Refundable:
This is a business membership organization, not a course or an information product. Once you join you have immediate access to all training, recorded events, networking, monthly Q&A calls, upcoming live events and other benefits. It is possible for you to consume training and/or participate in activities for which you would receive benefit but then ask to not have to pay for these benefits which you have already received and cannot be returned. Therefore, just like offline chambers of commerce and membership organizations, membership dues are not refundable.
This business network is designed for mobile marketing entrepreneurs, professionals and vendors. Should you decide you no longer wish to be in this business, we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, however, this does not change our refund policy. If you were in any other trade association and changed your career, you would not be entitled to a membership refund based on that decision either.
Lastly, this is a professional business network and joining it should not be a financial burden to you. If the membership dues are not within your budget please do not join at this time. We will not change our refund policy should you find that you require your membership dues back to balance your budget.
Naturally, we want all members to be satisfied with our network and stand proudly behind our organization and what is offered. If you find you are dissatisfied with what you find here, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your specific comments. We will not change our refund policy, but it may be possible that we can implement changes in the network or point you in the right direction in such a way that you will become satisfied.
If you decide to no longer be a member, you may cancel your future membership at any time. To do so, login in to the Member Area. GO to the Membership Dashboard to find the link to update your billing information or cancel your membership.
